HOW TO PARTICIPATE

1. Spend minimum of RM300 at any Rare outlet and online platform (Official Website, Shopee, TikTok) in Malaysia.
2. Purchase can be made in a single receipt or multiple receipt combine but for it to be eligible for the lucky draw, it must be made in the contest period.
3. Keep your receipt/screenshot as proof and submission.
4. Read all the term and conditions.
5. Contestant who already completed the minimum purchase amount, can contact us via WhatsApp and provide all necessary details (contact information, proof of purchase) and will be check and confirm by us. Every proof of purchase can only be used once.
6. Each submission will entitle to one lucky draw tickets. Contestants can obtain multiple tickets as per submission.
7. Contest will start from 1 September 2023 and ends 20 December 2023.
8. Winners of the lucky draw will announce in our official account via TikTok Live on a later date to be confirmed.
9. All results are final.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Open to all Malaysia Residence except for employee of Rare 360 Venture.
2. Spend a total of RM300 at Rare Boutique or any of our official online platform (www.rare3sixty.com, Shopee or TikTok).
3. Qualifying Criteria & Submission of Entry.
4. For every total spending of RM300 at any outlet or platform, in a single or multiple receipts in the contest period will be entitled to 1 Lucky Draw entry. Each contestant is eligible/entitle to submit one or more entry, but each entry must be accompanied with unique receipts, or proof of purchase. Once receipt of proof of purchase has been submitted, it will not be eligible for another entry. Multiple entry sent in using same receipts will be disqualify
5. Contestant that completed their entry, must contact us and provide proof of purchase and when validated, will be given 1 lucky draw entry. Contestant are requested to complete all the details required by us.
6. All prizes won are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
7. The Organizer reserves the rights to disqualify any incomplete, late entries or entries without the right proof of purchase.
8. The outcome of the lucky draw is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
9. By participating in this contest, contestants’ consent to give their personal information and the Organizer reserves the rights to publish, use the winners’ names and/ or photographs plus their entries for purposes of publicity, advertising and/or trade without further compensation or notice and each contestant is not entitled to make any claims for the use of their identity by the Organizer.
